Both a hit and a miss

Centrally located , the hotel is a stone's throw from bars, restaurants, and the night market. The room was clean with a comfy atmosphere, and I appreciated the complimentary water and coffee provided.

Check-in was chaotic. The staff's attentiveness could really use improvement, as it felt more like a chore than hospitality.
